This is a time of challenge and crisis with a formation at work in appeance of cross-purposes to many efforts allthough they may or may not oppose US intentionally.
In fact, many may be maybe very angry at Congress or the Executive Branches, these people, feeling that our ellected and appointed officials are all motivated by nothing but malice.
Average citizens play a lesser fault in the lead of malice though where malice exist, its range goes from the top to the bottom and from bottom to top, the entire system and collective citezens engaged in/or\by some affect.
Expressions in the address should show what is going on, for us all to learn, so that if we are to understand the challenges, we may know they may also occur in connection with our own efforts to build upon.
