BLACK OUT - The occurance seams to be of no concern of the words of meaning into a legislature, nore of the half of it, our U.S.A. Legislative branch half called in The House Of Representatives as Congress; that is of the abuse of power concerns THE PEOPLE have, or to acknowledge any need of worry of persuasions of ill influences; over the words that simply are as stated, or written, to be in parallel meanings defined by other words which, to those of the common folk understandings, those words seem simple.
